2. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed in our online store. By placing an order you accept these terms. Please retain a copy for your records.
3. Placing an Order and Formation of Contract
Add items to your cart and follow the checkout process. The contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline an order for justified reasons (e.g. pricing error, stock unavailability).
4. Prices and Taxes
All prices include VAT. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you finalise your order. We reserve the right to change prices before order confirmation.
5. Payment

6. Delivery

8. Complaints and Defective Goods

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Consumers may refer disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/odr). We always aim to resolve disputes amicably in the first instance.
